In all my interactions with the owners and staff, I felt like I was working with friends. Most importantly, they safely cleaned up the area and removed the horrendous odor. Their personable and caring attitudes would be especially beneficial for traumatic situations that I'm sure they encounter with some of the other services they provide!

When my mother passed away, Derek and his team were asked to remove everything from the house. She had been a hoarder and the house was filled with all the things she couldn't get rid of, even though most of it was useless (e.g. piles of news papers she intend to recycle). Over the course of 3 days, the team removed everything including carpets and improved the look of the house tremendously. My sister-in-law was on site to help decide which items were kept and which were to be put in the dumpster and that sped things along. Derek was upfront on any limitations of what they could do, but they did everything that we needed. Thank you!

These guys were awesome to work with! Very responsive, reasonable pricing (like half the cost of the other quote we got), and our shed is like new. I asked lots of questions, and got straight answers. They were also patient and never rushed or pressured us for business. We had some mice get in last summer or fall, and needed that all cleaned out/the smell removed. I didn’t have to lift a finger - the crew removed what we needed taken out, cleaned and put everything back in an orderly fashion.
