The service at Bio One was compassionate and prompt. I appreciated their wonderful service and attention to our family’s needs during a very trying and emotional time. It was especially appreciated that I could handle what we needed from a different state and know that Bio One would take care of things. Many thanks to Derek & Daniela Myers.”

Derek and Daniela came out to determine possible cleaning needs after having a few mice show up in my home. They were knowledgeable and didn’t attempt to sell me on services I didn’t need. I really appreciated their help and they will be the first ones I call if I ever need services in the future.

Derek and his crew are great! They are "on call" during the off hours so when I had to call on a Sunday evening, they answered and were so helpful! They came the next day to get started on the process. They all were so nice, so professional and most of all - compassionate! I was having a severely rough time dealing with what happened and they knew what to do and how to handle everything with empathy and kindness! Thank you everyone at Bio-One!

The crew was very helpful and friendly. They were very efficient and always made sure we were on the same page when it came to completing the job.

When my mother passed away, Derek and his team were asked to remove everything from the house. She had been a hoarder and the house was filled with all the things she couldn't get rid of, even though most of it was useless (e.g. piles of news papers she intend to recycle). Over the course of 3 days, the team removed everything including carpets and improved the look of the house tremendously. My sister-in-law was on site to help decide which items were kept and which were to be put in the dumpster and that sped things along. Derek was upfront on any limitations of what they could do, but they did everything that we needed. Thank you!
