Bio-One helped our family through a home cleanout of my late MIL's house. It had a lifetime of personal possessions in it along with a lot of clutter, furniture, and garbage. They were extremely professional, efficient, polite, good with communication, and honest to work with. When my mother passed away, Derek and his team were asked to remove everything from the house. She had been a hoarder and the house was filled with all the things she couldn't get rid of, even though most of it was useless (e.g. piles of news papers she intend to recycle). Over the course of 3 days, the team removed everything including carpets and improved the look of the house tremendously. My sister-in-law was on site to help decide which items were kept and which were to be put in the dumpster and that sped things along.
