We had a visiting relative with a medical issue that resulted in a rather stinky mess that we were in a hurry to get cleaned up. Bio-One responded quickly with helpful information and no pressure. In all my interactions with the owners and staff, I felt like I was working with friends. Most importantly, they safely cleaned up the area and removed the horrendous odor. Their personable and caring attitudes would be especially beneficial for traumatic situations that I'm sure they encounter with some of the other services they provide!

When my mother passed away, Derek and his team were asked to remove everything from the house. She had been a hoarder and the house was filled with all the things she couldn't get rid of, even though most of it was useless (e.g. piles of news papers she intend to recycle). Over the course of 3 days, the team removed everything including carpets and improved the look of the house tremendously. My sister-in-law was on site to help decide which items were kept and which were to be put in the dumpster and that sped things along. Derek was upfront on any limitations of what they could do, but they did everything that we needed. Thank you!

Derek and his crew are great! They are "on call" during the off hours so when I had to call on a Sunday evening, they answered and were so helpful! They came the next day to get started on the process. They all were so nice, so professional and most of all - compassionate! I was having a severely rough time dealing with what happened and they knew what to do and how to handle everything with empathy and kindness! Thank you everyone at Bio-One!

Bio-One helped our family through a home cleanout of my late MIL's house. It had a lifetime of personal possessions in it along with a lot of clutter, furniture, and garbage. They were extremely professional, efficient, polite, good with communication, and honest to work with. They explained their work process thoroughly before the work began and throughout the entire clean-out process. Dumpsters were efficiently managed each day and the exterior of the property was kept tidy while the house was being emptied out. It's not easy to be discreet about a 22' dumpster parked outside a house but they brought respect to the process throughout each day of work. We could not have accomplished the work of preparing my MIL's house for sale without them. I highly recommend Bio-One. Thank you!

Derek and his team were amazing to work with. From the time I first called until the job was done the entire team was nothing but professional, worked for me, not the paycheck, and communicated all the time on what was working and what wasn’t. You know exactly what will be done and the time frame to get it accomplished. Our house is a home again thanks to your remarkable team and the knowledge to get the home cleaned up! I highly recommend this team of professionals if you are ever faced with unscrupulous tenants. We will always be in your debt to you and your team, for the above and beyond work you and your team did to clean our home!!
