I asked lots of questions, and got straight answers. They were also patient and never rushed or pressured us for business. We had some mice get in last summer or fall, and needed that all cleaned out/the smell removed. I didn’t have to lift a finger - the crew removed what we needed taken out, cleaned and put everything back in an orderly fashion. One of the most professional company's I've dealt with not just in ther profession but all around. They knew I lived out of town and had to ... give them keys to the property and they text or called me when they were coming and leaving place weather going to lunch or finishing up for the day along with describing to me what they were doing and calling me to let me know that there were things that were unforseen that needed attending too. When my mother passed away, Derek and his team were asked to remove everything from the house. She had been a hoarder and the house was fill... ed with all the things she couldn't get rid of, even though most of it was useless (e.g. piles of news papers she intend to recycle). Over the course of 3 days, the team removed everything including carpets and improved the look of the house tremendously. My sister-in-law was on site to help decide which items were kept and which were to be put in the dumpster and that sped things along.
