These guys were awesome to work with! Very responsive, reasonable pricing (like half the cost of the other quote we got), and our shed is like new. I asked lots of questions, and got straight answers. They were also patient and never rushed or pressured us for business. We had some mice get in last summer or fall, and needed that all cleaned out/the smell removed. I didn’t have to lift a finger - the crew removed what we needed taken out, cleaned and put everything back in an orderly fashion. God forbid i ever have a mess like that to be cleaned again, but if I do, I would 100% hire bio one again

We had a visiting relative with a medical issue that resulted in a rather stinky mess that we were in a hurry to get cleaned up. Bio-One responded quickly with helpful information and no pressure. In all my interactions with the owners and staff, I felt like I was working with friends. Most importantly, they safely cleaned up the area and removed the horrendous odor.
